Function or Form… hmmm hard to really say which I’d prefer. In this day and age the automotive culture is on a twisty road in the direction in which it is heading. Here in the east people are going for more wheel fitment, stance and bags, and thus alot of builds are executed in that manner. I recalled a few years back the thought of seeing a subaru or even a mitsubishi on bags or any other awd cars that is better know for its performance background seems a bit taboo and just odd don’t you think?
First I would like to start off by saying thankyou to everyone that is tuned in and subscribed to JDM-Culture. Special thanks goes out to our photographer Yomar for capturing this event and bringing coverage from Orlando Fl. My goal is to showcase this lifestyle that we’re all living from all across the nation for everyone to see what others are doing around the world. We all like to see new things and gain insights on all of the endless possibilities of what next to do to our rides. We admire the works of others while trying to make our own stand out among the crowd, to be the first to do it and to make an impression on others.
The most highly anticipated event of the year has made it’s way to the east coast at the New Jersey Convention & Expo center, Wekfest! Here it is folks what you all have been waiting for and I present to you all part 1 (ONE) of 4. Yes i said it, there will be 4 parts to this coverage since I have flooded my camera with over 300 pictures from this event. Please keep coming back and check on the site as I will be dropping more pictures within the next couple of days.
First of all a big shout out to Taylor Schmitt for making this coverage possible and for all the great photos.
On Sunday June 30th at the Sun Life Stadium home to the Miami Dolphins the King of County Line Round 2 was held and boy was it a great show for everyone that attended. Organized by Chris Jackson owner of the USDC & Jackson Performance, and in partnership with Bragginrites to make this car show and sideways flying, burning rubber and smoke filled event a success.

On Saturday June 29th 2013 slammed sedans presented Sunshine Stance in beautiful Daytona, Florida. Minutes from the beach, this was the first successful meet and show by Slammed Sedans. With a great location at Lucky’s sport bar and entertainment center it suits a great location for this event.
With the unpredictable Florida weather the 50% chance of rain did not keep the crowd from bringing out their stanced out cars. 2 hours into the event as the rain came down people gathered inside to enjoy some refreshing beverages and great food.
